Mr. Hayes and Linda were fantastic in helping us deal with issues regarding our motorcycle accident. They directed us to some great doctors and were in constant touch with updates regarding our case and items that they need. I have never experienced customer service on this level before. Mr. Hayes even gave us his personal cell phone if we had any questions. I highly recommend this group!

I was in an auto accident and looking for a personal injury attorney to take my case. I called the Charlotte NC Car Accident Lawyers Group and spoke with Mr. Hayes. Although he declined the case, he spent about 30 minutes with me explaining the process required to settle my case and how I should proceed. I would not have thought in a million years that a accident lawyer would decline a case and then proceed to tell me how to settle my case. I am truly grateful for all of his time and advice and would never hesitate to refer someone to them.
