Telephone calls to our intake line at (980) 238-4357 are
answered by an automated AI voice intake assistant (“Sofia”) that collects
basic information to route your inquiry to the appropriate attorney. When you
call this number:
- The call is recorded and transcribed for the Firm’s records.
North Carolina is a one-party consent state for call recording; by continuing
the call after Sofia’s introduction, you consent to the recording. - A written summary of the call is stored in the Firm’s secure intake system
and sent to the on-call attorney and authorized firm staff for prompt follow-up. - You may decline to provide any information and may ask to speak directly
with a human staff member by stating so during the call.
1.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically
collect technical information including IP address, browser type, device type,
pages viewed, referring website, and timestamps. This information is collected
through cookies and similar technologies and is used for site analytics,
security, and improvement of the user experience.

phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
Members of the public who provide a phone number through our Website,
intake line, or other channels will be contacted by telephone or
email only. We do not send SMS or text messages to prospective
clients, current clients, or any member of the public. We do not collect,
maintain, or share consumer phone numbers for SMS marketing, promotional
messaging, or any other consumer-facing SMS outreach.
We treat information about our clients and prospective clients as confidential
and do not sell it. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Spanish are translated to English for internal Firm review. Both the original

the representation you have requested, to comply with applicable law and ethical
rules (including rules governing retention of client files and trust account
records), to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Records relating

protect information we hold. No method of electronic storage or transmission
is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

provide information to our intake assistant or website, though doing so
may prevent us from evaluating your matter. - Update or correct information. Contact us using the
information below to request a correction. - Stop receiving messages. Reply STOP to any text message
you receive from us, or contact us to be removed from communication lists. - State-specific rights. Residents of certain states
(including California and Virginia) may have additional rights to access,
delete, or restrict the use of personal information. To exercise such
rights, contact us using the information in Section 11.
9. Children
Our website and intake services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has
provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.
10. No Attorney-Client Relationship; No Legal Advice

channels does not create an attorney-client relationship.
An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and the Firm execute a
